Old Slow, but at least it worked - please fix.

The old version, before this last update, compressed the video slowly, but once it did - it worked easily and I loved being able to scrub to the frame I want...

I just updated and Im sorry I did. ;-(

Now, its not working.

I know youre probably "on it" already, but please fix this quickly you guys!
